Did they get it right?
 
FED rules. Bases loaded with no outs. Ground ball to F6 who throws to F4 for the force. Contact is made by the runner beyond the bag preventing a throw from being made. The batter is called out on the interference. Where do the runners who were on second and third at the time of the pitch go?

I am sure they got it correct, but I would like a rule book and case book reference to prove that they did.

I just found the rule as johnnyg08 was posting. It is rule 8-4-2-b PENALTY.

And the appropriate case book play is 8.4.2 Situation P, at least in the 2012 case book.
