Apparently O'Nora doesn't use tobacco -- that report was inaccurate. He has a serious medical condition and had to leave the game. That's all they're saying.

If anyone falsely made a claim that it was tobacco related, that person would be devoid of any credibility...that is, if they had any to begin with.

I got the item off of my MSN home page. There was video, but they decided not to show him puking his toenails up. It would be nice if MLB could elaborate somewhat on his mysterious serious medical condition might be.

They make it sound like a cover up story.
