In Fed can a coach use a pitcher in the same inning multiple times?

Yes. As long as the player complies with the pitching rules regarding facing a batter.

A player may be removed as pitcher and returned as pitcher only once per inning, provided the return as pitcher does not violate either the pitching, substitution, or charged conference rule.

Technically a pitcher can be used twice per inning however, the switch can only occur once. Both answers are correct.

If "multiple" means two separate non-consecutive times, then yes. If it means THREE times, then no.
