Alright, I want to start pitching, seeings how I'm going to be a freshman this coming year. I just played in the towns' midget leauge, but I never had asked to pitch. That was the first year that I had ever played baseball. It is now my favorite sport. I am working really hard on getting arm strength and accuracy. I pitch at about 50-60 MPH. But it is not always accurate. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Also, i don't know if I am winding up wrong. Also, I need tips on picking off. Because it can be usefull, and it could kill the game. Because i don't want it to be a balk. I've read other forums about balks. But seeings how i am younger than most people on the forum, i don't always understand the things they say. So if you have any tips on conditioning my arm, warming up, picking off, winding up, or anything else that could help me in the.
I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Brent

well i cant really help you on the actual pitching. But on te balks their are so many ways to balk all I can say is get a rulebook and read it, consider going to some pitching camps in your area, that will help you a little.
