Moving to Florida
 

The military is moving me to Florida this spring (April time frame). I will be in the Panama City area...anyone else on here in that area?

I spent three lovely days in Malmstrom AFB last month attending an exercise. Is that where you're escaping from?

Sure is Manny! I am heading to Tyndall now...actually going to miss Great Falls though!

Now that will be a change. Big difference will be baseball played 12 months out of the year in Florida - only a few months out of the year up north i'm guessing ?

We are working out inside right now but yeah we play games from May to August...short short season! My son is pretty excited about the move to say the least!

Well nice to know about this..Hopefully that it would be really nice for me to be here.

Since you won't be moved to Florida until April, you will miss out on most of the season and it will also be too late to get registered by the FloridaHSAA for the 2012-13 school year. The H.S. baseball and softball season started on Monday (Feb. 04th) of this week.

I was aware of that MTD and it sucks! More so for my son...he is 13 and will be a Freshman next year. I am working hard to find him a team to play on this summer not to mention most highschools are already trying out for the fall season.

Hopefully we can get the both of us on the field this summer in some capacity!
