Great question. In a word, no.

Check out the TOR Project (https://www.torproject.org/) -- it's used to protect your online anonymity. This is what this guy is using, thus an IP ban is fruitless, as it changes all of the time.

Looking into other options right now... Will be adding some moderators, which may take care of the issue really.

In the meantime, please do not respond to him, but instead use the thread tools to report the thread.

I've set the board to moderate new members, meaning that they have to be approved before they can post. That should do it for now ... hopefully he will get bored and go elsewhere.

You have two choices. You can ignore it, or whine about it. I see you chose the latter. You've never impressed me at all, but I don't cry about it. I simply let it go, and consider the source.
