Entire Team Suspended for Fight

If I'm at that game I'm walking out of there and not coming back on the field until order is restored. They don't pay me to referee fights.

No, but you are paid to make note of everything you can - you may be the only impartial person there when it comes to the higher-ups sorting it all out. No way am I getting involved... but I sure am pulling out the pen and paper.

Agree, but seeing as how this is a High School game and it was apparent that the entire yellow team either left their positions or were directly involved in the fight, I'll eject the entire team, grab my partner and leave. The report will also state that parents entered the field.

Recent fights at our school. Teachers punched. Lawyers told faculty not to get involved. Alerting the administration and local campus police is your only responsibility. Provide crowd control if asked to help with separating onlookers who rush in only to watch, telling them to move on or move away to clear area of congestion, and careful not to inflame onlookers who may target their frustrations on authority figures.
