NCAA Violent or Non-Violent

Does the NCAA rules book specifically define punishments for violent vs. non-violent conduct?

The word violent is used twice in NCAA book, once for attacking an umpire and once regarding a collision. More common words used for collisions are malicious (2 times) and flagrant (5 times). Both times malicious was used, flagrant was ued in same sentence.

In all cases conduct of offender is the issue and there are penalties, all include ejection. Attacking an umpire is more severe, but not severe enough, IMHO.

Nonviolent? Personal, profane or prolonged actions results in immediate ejection.
