What is the proper attire (color of shirt, pants, ball bags etc.) for an NCAA Baseball Umpire???

ECAC umpires wear dark blue.

After watching UCLA vs USC yesterday I saw the PAC 10 umpires went to black. Now all 5 major west coast conferences (PAC 10, WAC, Big West, WCC and Mountain West) all wear black.

I was incorrect. ECAC upires are wearing black as well.

It depends on where you live and what conferences you do. The higher up you go, you might be able to wear the Black shirts. The lower you are, Blue is a little more acceptable.

I do not know any umpires that were the Black yet. But that is where I am.

For the light blue shirts, what is the color of the trim that the umpires wear???
