awarding bases

The bases are loaded when the batter takes ball four. The pitch bounces off the plate and into an unoccupied media area.Awarded bases will be

A.All runners will move two bases. One base for the base on balls and one base for the ball entering a dead ball area.
B.Each runner, including the batter is awarded one base.
C. the batter and the runners are awarded one base for the walk and the runners are awarded an additional base for the ball entering the dead ball area.
D. the ball stays live,it is just an awarded walk to the batter.

I believe it is A or C.It is can of confusing because both answers are about
the same

The answer is B. Award is 1 base from TOP. Runners move up on award, Batter is awarded 1B on Ball 4. The runners are no longer forced so no one else advances due to the BB.

Why do you believe that? (meant to be asked in a "teach a man to fish" kind of way, not a confrontational way)

ump50,

Always remember, there is no "cumulative property of addition" with regard to base awards in baseball.

bob,

Would it be presumptuous of me to remind you of the corollary?
