After reading your original post, where's the obstruction? MC, maybe but obstruction, no.
If there was a fake tag, then there is obstruction. I am going to assume that the fake tag was the reason MC actually took place. Then again that would take the OPer to clarify that position.

It is also obstruction in many OBR-based leagues with an eye on safety. Both adult leagues in San Diego prohibit fake tags.
