Bases Awarded Question

Sorry guys just a needed clarification, probably a simple question yet I feel I made the wrong call, bear with me its been a while since I called a game (poor excuse)

Right Handed Pitchers tried to pick runner off at first, does a jump spin and ball goes under the fence.

Does runner get two bases?? I gave him two bases but somehow I think I blew it. However, pitcher is no longer in contact with pitchers plate when throw is made.

Sorry for the long winded story.

1 base. Jump spin is considered "from the rubber".

1 base. learn from it, get it right next time.

A step off of the rubber makes the pitcher an infielder...then you'd have a 2 base award.

Jump spins are considered a move from the rubber. 1 base. Pitcher must CLEARLY DISENGAGE by stepping back off the rubber before throwing to be considered off the rubber and subsequent 2 base award.

Ask yourself this for your play: if the pitcher had held on to the ball instead of throwing it, would you call a balk? That can help you determine if it was a 1 or 2 base award.
