OBR Rule Reference
 
I can not find the rules reference for pitchers not being able to wear white or gray sleeves. I found it in fed but not in OBR. Can someone point me to it?

The closest I could find, here OBR 1.11.

OBR 1.15(a) places limit on pitcher's glove. It must apply to undershirt sleeves. Right?

OBR 1.11a2 "Any part of an undershirrt exposed to view shall be of a uniform solid color for all players on a team"

Thats the closest your going to get because in OBR white or grey is not prohibited.

Not in OBR. Umpires may direct pitchers to remove items that are "distracting."
