fair or foul???
 

Batter hits an infield pop up, midway between home and third, near the foul line but just in fair territory. Third base attempts catch, has both feet and glove just in fair territory.
Ball hits glove and drops on the line and rolls foul.

What is the call????

Depends where the ball was when it first touched the fielder. If over fair territory, then fair. Otherwise foul. From your description it sounds as if this was a fair ball.

What happens after the initial touch is irrelevant. Position of fielder's feet and glove are irrelevant unless they touched the ball.

I blew the call, as i ruled it foul. I was thinking about the fact that went foul before third base and forgot about the fair touch on the ball.
