Speaking as a former....

Divorce and Trial Attorney (over 3000 unsatisfied and pissed off customers-I could not get the judges to serve up the other spouse's head or *** on a platter for them).

The sooner men who want to stay married learn that what's hers is hers and what's his is hers, the easier it will be to be a married man.

I say (write) this sort of tongue in cheek but for many it is the absolute truth.

My old friend (an umpire) recently got married for the first time. Here's how he described his wife: "She's cute, she's patient, she's a great cook, she barely speaks English---she's perfect!"

My ex-wife's definition of community property:

What's hers was hers. What's mine was hers, and what's ours was hers except for the boat - and I had to pay her for her half of the boat...
