One Down .....
The first game of the 2009 season is in the books for me, 1000 to go. The nice thing was when I left for the gym this morning, at 5:30 am, my wife gave me a kiss and said, "I'll see you in June!"
Does she know me or what? Guess that is why I married her, the support of a good woman. |
*grumble*
Damn you Californians and your nice weather and near year round baseball *grumble* :p |

For those of you who don't know what Irvine's like, where Gaff and Klokard work: Some of the players' girlfriends drive up in BMW convertibles and watch the games in bikinis.
Concentration is paramount. |

Wow. I'm paying $1100 month for a small 2 bedroom apartment in a not so nice area and a long commute to work. One of many reasons we've decided to leave the state. |

Hey all, don't buy into KF's story about our women. Not all of them wear bikinis. Some wear tube tops!!! God I love this California weather. Already finished my NCAA test (some real poorly written questions again). First DH coming up next week out in the Desert. Life is damn good guys....See ya' on the field.

All of you CA freaks can just go to hell! :D:D

You think Kansas and Illinois are cold. Here in New Brunswick (Canada) the baseball season is from mid-May to early October.
