URL or NCAA/OBR rules differences

Men,

I have a chance to do some good NCAA school fall baseball this year but I have not cracked an NCAA rules book in a while. Is there a place on the web where I can review NCAA/OBR differences?

Yes, I know some of you will say, "Why don't you crack open your copy of the BRD?" The short answer: "I don't have one."

Seriously, thanks for your help!

There's a chart of the "major differences" in the NCAA book. A pdf of the NCAA book is available on-line (certainly at eofficials; probably elsewhere at ncaa)

Here's a link to the NCAA baseball umpiring page:
http://www.ncaa.org/wps/ncaa?ContentID=364

Carl Childress also has a free article on officiating.com under the Carl Childress library that discusses some differences. I don't recall how old it is, though.

Thank you men!

Then Carl Childress article I saw was old.

Another question

the NCAA change video for 2008 was great, but it had video of "trouble" calls/interps that the rule change video listed, but did not show. Does anyone know where I can get the other video at?

Thanks again!

Go to www.ncaa.org and start surfing until you find the ncaa rules to download. Then go to pages 11 and 12for a list of differences between NCAA and OBR.
