Score the Run II
 
Bottom nine, tie ballgame, home team at bat. Bases loaded, 2 outs, 3-1 count. Batter walks. BR touches first, R3 touches home, R1 does not touch 2nd and goes to dugout thinking game is over. Defence appeals no touch of 2nd. Game over?

R1 is NOT required to touch second under OBR, so the game is over.

R1 IS required to touch second under FED, so the game continues.
