Was the Little League rule changed concerning a base runner leaving to soon? Someone said the new ruling is the runner is out.

It was NOT changed. Runner is NOT out.



It was a proposed change at the LL congress but the change was defeated.

"Someone" needs to read the 2002 LL Rule Book, 7.13. It explains the rule and gives 16 examples, none of which the
the early leaver is declared out.
