Official Game in FED?
 

Weather stops a game in the 3rd inning of a 7 inning game. Am I correct that this is NOT a suspended game and that it must be replayed starting from scratch? I thought I read that if it wasn't stopped for darkness, mechanical, or electrical problems, it starts over.

Check with your state association.

Nothing in the rules except 4-3 which says if the game doesn't make it to 4 1/2 (according to 4-2-2 and 4-2-3) it's "no game." Also points out that the state could have specific game ending rules to follow in this case.
