Look for informations for equipement
 

Hello,

I'm French and with a friend we would like to play baseball, regrettably towards to me in France, there are no clubs, the baseball is not very popular. And there is no store which sell equipments (bats, gloves, balls, etc...). I wanted to know if somebody knew an interressant us website to buy the minimum necessities to begin to play? And what are the best gloves and the best bats to begin? If somebody could advise me.

You're not likely to find much of a response here or at other officiating web-sites. I do know other European countries have baseball (Netherlands, for example). Perhaps you could try them to see how to get equipment to Europe.

There is another forum I frequent that is dedicated to the hobby of collecting antique and vintage baseball gloves. Several months ago, a poster from France wrote in asking for donations of baseball equipment for a club he was forming in a a French school. His wife is an American, and during a stint in the states he came to love the game of baseball. As a teacher, he got his students interested in the game and formed a team.

His user name on the forum is "Moonlight Graham". You can search for all of his posts there to get the full story of his efforts to import the game of baseball to his students in France.

J'ai étudié le français depuis cinq ans et J'ai passé quatre mois en France, mais il y a beaucoup d'annees. J'ai oublié la sens de quelques mots et de quelques conjugaisons, mais je me rappelle assez.

J'ai commencé mes études quand j'ai habité à New York, près du Canada. Plus tard, j'ai sorti l'ouest où l'espagnol est parlé beaucoup plus fréquemment. C'est la vie.
