It looked pretty clear to me after seeing the replay several times. The ball hit the ground. That's a pretty tough call for any base umpire to make from 110+ feet away. I would have to back up whatever the plate man had.

I thought McLaren looked like a bloomin' idiot arguing with Meals. I would eject anyone who got their stanky breath that close to my nose.
