Pre-game umpire clinic

Before a Indians game they will have a umpire clinic with Ed Hickox Have any of you attended one of these? I was just wondering what they may cover. M.L.B mechanics or H.S .This was mailed from the Cleveland Indians and give us a discount for tickets for the game that night. $41 bucks for the clinic and game. Thanks for the insight.

I would highly doubt a pro ump would do a HS clinic...many, many umpires can't stand the FED rules, but work the games to work baseball

Apparently, every umpire registered with the OHSAA is on the mailing list for this clinic. I know that I've received their flyer every year for the past three or four years.

If I recall, someone who had attended this posted their experiences here last year. Maybe you can search back and find the old thread.

I've been an OHSAA guy for 25 years, and this is the first year I got a flyer on this. I know a couple of our local guys are thinking about going up there. Hey, the way they are playing now, the umpire's clinic wil be 72% of the crowd that day.
