Rich is not the only one interested in the answer to that question.

Personally, I think you have a secret deal with the NFHS for them to make numerous rule changes every year, some of them quite sensible, some of them quite inane, just to increase the sales of your annual "update"! ;)

Of course this year, both OBR and NCAA got into the act of making significant rule changes as well, so there should be an unprecedented demand for the 2007 edition.

Now that would also mean it's a bit more of an effort to complete the task, so I suppose we should cut you a little slack.

The various rule changes should provide the opportunity for some very interesting conversations during games this year, especially during the early part of the season. Some will have heard that there were changes. Others will have read or heard them. A smaller percentage will have learned them. Many will have done "none of the above".

So, Carl, get crackin'! And give us a hint as to when we might expect it so we don't have to pester you and distract you from finishing the task at hand.
