Moving to Texas
 
I'm looking at moving to the Dallas area this summer.
(1) Does the Texas high school association require new classes and testing for an Ohio (OHSAA) Fed umpire? (I could look it up, but I thought a native might have first-hand knowledge)
(2) I usually get 75 games in the summer and fall here ranging from elite travel to over-40 wood bat. How are the summer leagues around there? Are they all assigned by local associations?
