Wilson CPU

woohoo! gust got my Wilson CPU, a3217. Im happy!!! Fits great and looks good. Its the new type, with the black velcro straps, like on Wilson's website. Cant wait to use it.

Yeah, that is the West Vest knock off. It is just as good and will protect you just like a West Vest. How much was it?

By the way, you will be advised by others to cut off the bicep pads. Use it a few times first so you can see why they want you to do this - then cut them off!

From what I've heard, the bicep pads are now attached with Velrcro, so it's no longer necessary to cut them off. But definitely get rid of them.

mine cost $81.00 with ship. from betterbaseball. The bicep protectors are now velcro, so it was no trouble at all taking them off. i dont know who would want those stupid things anyways I cant get a new picture of the A3217's, but you can see what they look like now: http://www.wilson.com/wilson/basebal...=1161216399161 and go down to cpu's

You should have bought the Wilson UCP a3217 (Umpire Chest Protector) instead.

oops. Last i knew it was a sporting good company, tell me they arent getting into computers now? Putting velcro inside thats new. fits and looks great I think you got the point. ha. it could stand for Chest protector- umpire
