I am a LL Ump & while Jonny was at bat the 3rd base coach(Mgr} called time to discuss the stradegy.This went on 2 more times to Johnny & to other players during the game.Is there any rules to limit the number of offensive time outs per inning? If there is I will be sure to mention it in the pre game.

Not sure what the LL rule is on this, but in FED, one offensive conference allowed per team per inning. Simply disallow any further requests for time to discuss strategy.

LL rule 5.10(d) "Only one offensive time out, for the purpose of a visit or conference, will be permitted per ining."
