That umpire sounds kinda funny...it cuts off the end where the umpire says something after "its foul ball, its foul ball..and.."

Well maybe not crazy, just wound up kinda tight or off his meds or both.:D

The poor guy had probably been getting similar levels of crap from the same fans who were screaming the obviously dropped foul ball was a catch. Maybe he had had it up to there by that point.

First of all, on a diving catch attempt like this, he needs to at least remove his mask and move toward the play a little.
Secondly, judging by the number of comments coming out of the dugout, he needs to put on the angry face and use the stern voice to keep these rats under control.
Thirdly, I'll bet the crazy umpire seems like Mary Poppins compared to the brats in the 3rd base dugout. Manager of the Blue team needs to get his rats under control before crazy ump does.

That would explain his 15 different "signals" with his arms before actually signaling no catch.
