Spirits of amonia! I've used just the cleaning type. Does the spirits of amounia make it any safer? All I can say is it works and works well!

No I'm not! I just use about 4-5-6 capfulls so it's not that strong and it's never caused any problems! But now that you've apparently issued me a warning with your response, I'll switch to the spirits! Now does that come in 80 or 100 proof?

My local drug store has it in 2 oz bottles, AROMOTIC AMMONIA, subtitled SMELLING SALTS. It's 65% alcohol, so I guess it's 130 proof. If the drug store does not have it it's because the coaches have bought them out, but you can ask your druggist to order some for you and hold it for you and they can get it in 3-4 days.

Dg, thanks for the info. That's what I'll use hence forth! As they say, you're never to old to learn new tricks...now if I can find one without getting busted!

I think if the F2s would just ditch the HSMs and go back to the hardhat/mask, they would be cooler, and dozens of preventable heat injuries avoided. Everyone knows HSMs are hotter than a mask. :D

thats a good point. im taking that one to FED for next year, and maybe even to washington to get them banned forever. way too unsafe for kids and nick rego.
