+POS Ultra-Armor

Can anyone comment on experience with the +POS AU21 Ultra-Armor chest protector?

I keep getting clipped on the top of the shoulder (maybe because I lean forward more than most umps) and am looking for protection particularly in that area.

I would appreciate any recommendations or other input.

Not on the CP but it's definitely because you're leaning to far forward. I had the same problem and cured it by bringing my hips forward as I got set. It'll bring you up higher but puts the CP where it should be in terms of protecting your shoulders. I wear a Platinum CP. It conforms more to the shoulder and gives better protection there if I should ever have a lapse and lean to far forward.
