bossman72 Does anybody know why Dave Yeast hasn't made any new rules bulletin videos on the NCAA website this year? Even though i don't work NCAA, i found the old ones that are in the archive extremely helpful. I was looking forward to seeing some this year and they haven't been posted at all. Just curious as to why. http://www1.ncaa.org/membership/champadmin/baseball/umpiring/index.html
briancurtin they can be found at eofficials.com in the NCAA area https://www.eofficials.com/controlpages/affiliate/Templates/NCAA.aspx?ContentID=8
JRutledge You are looking in the wrong place. There are 3 bulletins on eofficials.com. This is where all the bulletins are being made. Peace
moorg They're much shorter this year. I liked last years the best. Lots more plays and situations were covered. Still, this is a great resource.
