Are there any online versions of the OFFICIAL RULE BOOKS? I am trying to put together an umpire information notebook for myself, and I would like to have all the rules for each division of baseball/softball. I already have MLB, and NFHS, and ASA. Looking for NCAA, Legion, and Little League. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Please respond via email. Thanks!

Legion uses OBR (American League).

Thanks very much! I understand that LL doesn't post their rules, cuz they want people to pay for the rulebook, which is fine, do you know where I can obtain a copy of it, and I am still looking for the NCAA (college) rulebook for baseball. Replies via email would be appreciated! Thanks guys!

LL rulebooks are as rare as that Nap Lajoie rookie card. Good luck.

You can get ALL Little League rule books by registering with the Little League Umpire Registry. For $15.00 per year you will get Little League (11-12yr. olds), Junior League (13-14), Senior League (15-16), Big League (17-18) and all softball books. It is worth it. Just contact your local LL District Administrator or Williamsport office.
