I was just offered the head coaching job at my school for next year. After being an assistant for 13 years, I will officially exist to some of you guys soon. ;)

Seriously - congratulations. Don't forget in your zeal to win that HS athletics are an extension of the classroom...too many rats forget that basic concept.

You will be a better coach if you continue to hang out here to read the good, the bad, and the ugly. If you are a good coach you will be able to determine which is which.

And here I sit thinking it was somebody who made a typo while announcing his retirement/resignation!!!
