THE PROBLEM IS THAT A ROOKIE CAN'T DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN WHAT IS GOOD ADVICE AND WHAT IS GARBAGE POSTED BY SOME CLOWN WHO FIGURES THAT AFTER PUTTING IN 20 YEARS AS A LITTLE LEAGUE UMPIRE IN CHEIF BOARD COUNCIL DIRECTOR ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE DISTRICT LEADER OF THE LEAGUE HE CAN TELL PEOPLE WHAT HE THINKS SHOULD BE DONE. FOR EXAMPLE "KEEP YOUR EYE EVERLASTINGLY ON THE BALL" SOUNDS LOGICAL, BUT WOULD NOT MAKE FOR VERY GOOD UMPIRING IN MOST SITUATIONS. (PROFESSIONAL TRAINING TEACHES YOU THAT BY THE WAY) YEAH ABOUT THE CAPS THING...
