Alright, let me have it..... NFHS #73

I'm going back and forth on #73 for some reason. Probably thinking too much into it, however I say false per 3-1-2.

Edit: Might help to have the question!

During the fourth defensive conference, the coach replaces the starting pitcher. Before the relief pitcher throws a pitch to the batter, he picks off the runner on first for the second out. The umpire-in-chief will now allow the coach to have another conference and replace the relief pitcher.


On a side bar, I've always been told that if the question is more than three lines long, it's always true. Just a little "myth," (maybe) I heard a few years ago.

Nevermind.... I've convinced myself it's false.

Please note that the word in red above should be "now".

This greatly changes the qestion (and, thus, the answer).
