I have every rule book and Case Book since 1980, EXCEPT for the 1997 season. I loaned that year's books to a rookie and never got them back. If anyone has those books, I would pay well for them, or if you simply can't let go of them, I would like a copy of the Rrle Changes section from each book (including the Comments on the Rule Changes) for aRules History project I am working on to be published (I hope) in Officiating.com.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember a game I did in 1997...though I'm not sure what set of rules we were using...
....pretty much like this year!
