LL Rule book?

Well, here is the story. The local "little league" association here has 2 age groups, 8-9, and 10-12. The thing is, they Don't use the LL rule book. I was going to umpire for these guys, however their make-shift rules "packet" is a mess.

They said I am more than welcome to meet w/ their rules committee, and I want to bring the LL rule book with me. But I can't seem to find one anywhere!
