In East it's on the main page a few scrolls down

In West theres a LARGE UNDERSCORED article (2005 REGIONAL UMPIRES SELECTED) on the main page with a "<u>click here</u>" to see the list.

In South there is an announcement ("2004 Regional and World Series Umps from Southern Region")
on the page link I gave and you have to download the handout.

I did misread the Central one - it just announces that the assignments have been made.

The Southeast Region's announcement is from 2004 not 2005. So that is another region with no announcement of umpires for their Regional yet.
