The yin and yang of umpiring
And tonight, i had the shortest game of my career.
It was a tournament game that was resumed from the night before. 1 inning- 10 minutes. Home team turns DP in the top half, then hits a walkoff homer with their first batter in the bottom. $30 for 10 min = $3 per minute. Not a bad deal.
