His girlfriend is his first cousin since she's the daughter of his aunt and uncle, right? She's not "once removed," since she's not the child of a first cousin.

Guys, he's made an effort to listen to our criticism and react positively to it. Give the guy a break already.

Drumb - you may need to develop a little thicker skin round here. :) If you take EVERYthing as a shot at you, you'll quickly get frustrated. ALL of us (self included) have been shot at when making a particularly bad post.
