OBR or FED?

Is the supplemental rule book available online?

Thought so, but being unfamilar with the league, I didn't know.

Anyway, the PU called a kid out for missing a base without an appeal a la the old FED rule. Didn't know if that's a Babe Ruth supplemental rule or not.

It's not. It's pretty much straight OBR except a few minor baserunning rules (can't leave before ball reaches batter, can't run on dropped 3rd strike, etc).

9-10 play Cal Ripken Rules, which as mentioned herein are basically OBR. The rules are not available online but you can call Babe Ruth Baseball and order one. It will cost $2.50 for the rule book and maybe $4 for S&H.
