Use the force, Luke.

Your writing today smacks of truthfulness. I can barely believe everyone is eating it up... but they are. I'm sure a few more corrections of your inappropriate mechanics and rulingsare in order... before you come clean... or not.

In fact, keep it up. I'm getting a rather good chuckle out of it. :D

I recently worked with a guy who has done a HS state tourney. He carries a brush with him, dusts bases with it, dusts the pitcher's plate with it. Stays in the infield and gives the ball to the pitcher each half inning, etc., etc., etc.

Ever since moving to where I am now, I am not surprised by anything on the baseball diamond when it comes to how umpires work or how well they work.

I bring an industrial leaf blower to my games. That way I can dust the rubber, the bases, both benches, and the home coach's dome right from behind the plate.
