In MLB, a save is awarded for a pitcher who pitches the last 3 innings of a game . They also get one if they come in and pitch the last inning with a 3-run or less lead. What, if anything, is the equivalent in high school? Anything?

How many innings must the starter go in HS to get the "W"? 5?

FOUR. Unless the game goes LESS than seven innings; THREE or more CONSECUTIVE innings.
