This might be a HTBT but I'll try to explain:
Left-handed F1 On a pick off throw to 1st, F1 lifts his right leg & pauses his leg for a split second. While he's doing this he starts leaning directly toward 1st. Then he steps directly to 1st & throws there. His leg does pause, but his body is in constant motion. Balk or not??
