Allstar helmet, sizing question.

My hat size is exactly 7 1/4

It comes in two sizes: 7 1/8 or smaller
7 1/4 or larger

Is it adjustable?
Should I get the smaller size so it fits snug?

I would get the 7 1/4 and larger, this should have adjustable straps that would allow it to be sized to 7 1/4. Otherwise it will only go to 7 1/8 and you do not want it so tight that you can't take it off or talk with it on.

I have the large size helmet and it adjusts fine to my 7 3/4 melon
