I have the 2004 BRD. Why should I buy the 2005 edition. Opinions please.

Well let's see:

NCAA - Rule changes
FED - Rule changes
OBR - No Rule changes
Rule Interpertations - many changes under all rules.

The BRD is not a static book as the OBR Rulebook has become. If you only officiate under OBR, you may be okay. But if you officiate under different rules, the yearly changes of NCAA and FED can get confusing.
