quick question:
runner on first left handed pitcher. on "normal delivery" pitch has high leg kick, on slide step his right foot taps on the way to home. ex. picks up right foot touches mound 12 inches then finishes stride at 18 inches. this came up four times, with a 2 man team. the base umpire says i'm not sure if its a balk, home plate says yes balk but not my call?? help
