I have a quick question for everyone. I've read the sections on balks in rule books over and over again, but for me, apparently, seeing is believing on the balk. After my numerous readings I'm still questioning whether certain things that pitchers do is a balk. I think it would greatly help if I could see a video of balks while someone is explaining what exactly makes it a balk.

Can anyone reccommend me a good video that would show balks? Thanks a mil!

I think it is pretty well accepted that the Jim Evans balk tape is the best single tape on balks.

The tape, available through the Evans Academy website, is a pretty well produced video.

Agreed. The evans videio on pitching regulations is excellent.

Don't get talked into the old "See a balk, Call a balk" video. The production quality is terrible, it's outdated and even contains an incorrect ML interpretation.
