I am a 20 year old pitcher and i just started playing baseball again after not playing for 2 years. I had gotten tendonidis in the inside of my pitching elbow 3 years ago. Just the other day i was warming up to start my first game and it started acting up again. It still hurts now as im just sitting here. And my game was 4 days ago.
Could someone reply to let me know if this is just an injury that i should work though? Or does any one have any ideas on how i should treat it?

Your best bet is to talk to your team trainer or a doctor. When pain persists for a period of time, that's usually bad.

To start with, this is an umpire's board. We answer questions about rules and things like that.

My son is a High School pitcher who has had some shoulder problems (not caused by pitching). My advice to you is seek advice from an orthopedic specialist who majors in sports injuries. I would not listen to any advice on the internet as you don't know who you are talking to. As with rules, there are myths about arm care out there. It sounds like you need professional help for that arm. I wish you well.
