Line-up question

The manager gives the UIC his line-up with the starting 9 and 5 reserves. There are actually 6 reserves on the bench but he forgot to write one player's name on the line-up card.

Can that player still come into the game later on? Must the names of the reserves be on the card? Or could you just list the starters?
